The Living Lab Team

Finding Inspiration Together

Meet the MADE Master Team

We are Floris, Luisa and Sybren, studying at the AMS Institute in Amsterdam. For the past few months we have been working on our Living Lab course in Reigersbos. In this project, we were asked by Stichting !WOON to help with the process. Our goal has been to create a manual for working sessions that can be used in situations where many different parties work together in a horizontal network. In a horizontal network, there is no hierarchy, so cooperation between the parties is important. The activities from the manual can be consulted when there is difficulty to get all parties on the same page by creating more structure in the cooperation.

Reigersbos Living Lab Team

Living labs are spaces where co-innovation and knowledge sharing are stimulated to solve complex challenges. In the Reigersbos Living Lab, various parties from the Facade Project have contributed to the co-creation manual presented on this website which addresses the challenges of working together. This includes the VvEs, Stichting !WOON, the municipality of Amsterdam and Stadgenoot. The manual and co-creation sessions would not have been possible without their enthusiasm, compromise and knowledge. In addition, specialists who work on energy transition and participation in different knowledge institutes provided their expertise, recommendations, and feedback to the co-creation sessions.
The MADE team's role was to facilitate this collaboration process and design supporting tools to create a space for communication between the different parties.
