The Start

This starting section of the working sessions helps you consider the different topics and activities you want to follow for a smooth, effective, and active working session. First, it is important that you develop an agenda and that you discuss this at the beginning of each meeting. Second, you can support your meeting by assessing the mood of the people participating. Moreover, you can incorporate some exercises to lift the group’s energy and trigger active participation and conversation.

The Mood

Checking everyone's mood at the beginning of a meeting helps everyone understand the energy levels and feelings towards the topics to be discussed. Doing this can help to structure the session accordingly.

Energizer

Energizers are small active breaks that bring back energy to the body and mind to bring back people's concentration and lift up their energy which can even help participants be more willing to work together.

Ice-Breaker

An ice breaker is a small activity to encourage and warm up the conversation among participants in a meeting or an event. Icebreakers can be a catalyst for amazing and productive conversations!

Icebreakers help to create a relaxed environment where participants feel safe to participate and to share ideas. They also encourage participants to take ownership.
