Feedback & Closure

To learn from the working sessions, it is important to reflect on the activities themselves. You will be able to use this feedback to adapt and improve the next sessions to your needs and priorities, as these formats and templates are not a one fits all solution. For the facade project to be successful, it is important you define what works for you together with all the people involved.

01

Recap of the Session

Start the feedback activity with a recap of the session in which participants can share their general experiences and express their opinions about the session and the activities. This recap moment will offer you a summary of the shared conclusion of the session that you will be able to use to adapt future sessions.

02

Tips and Tops

By collecting what went well (Tops) and what could be improved about the session (Tips), you will be able to organize the feedback on the working session concretely. The Tips and Tops methods allows the participant to provide positive feedback that is based on observations, not interpretations.

Adjusting the Tools

After you have collected the feedback, you will need to adjust the working session from time to time. Some activities will not turn out as planned in advance. If this is the case, act accordingly by adjusting the tools.

04

To Dos

Determine which changes are most urgent for your tool and turn them into a to-do list. This will prepare you for the next working sessions and allow you to test your improved version of the tools with new participants.
