ABOUT US
We are a group of final year students on the MSc Metropolitan Analysis, Design and Engineering course, hosted at the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions, and run jointly by TU Delft and Wageningen University & Research.
With a BSc degree in land and water management, a minor in sustainable development and a minor in education, I see myself as an interdisciplinary thinker with a strong focus on sustainability. I love interaction with people, action and out of the box ideas.
Alisa van Gent
Over the course of my study career I developed a great passion for traveling and water. It amazes me how different people are dealing with similar issues in their own way, and starting to see the value of this knowledge that is often embedded in different parts of society. After my BSc in Delta Management, I am looking forward to further exploring this social aspect in metropolitan settings.
Guido Saes
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Bath, and two years experience working in industry. I am a certified PassivHaus designer and before starting this Master’s course I had had an almost entirely technical-based education. My interest in the social side of things is what led me down the path of taking the MADE course, and ultimately this Living Lab case.
