THE PROCESS
In order to propose guidelines and tools for a more inclusive participation process a systemic analysis was undertaken to establish: The barriers preventing more inclusive participation from occurring and the ways in which a more inclusive participation process might be achieved.
Information was gathered through a variety of different avenues:

LITERATURE REVIEW
A qualitative literature review was used in order to define the importance, the meaning and the requirements of inclusive participation. Literature was also used to support the findings in the co-creation sessions for guidelines and tools.
