ABOUT US
Hi there! We are Annie, Carla, Pleuni & Hanna, four students from the Msc MADE programme who were asked by De Regenboog Groep to help them come up with an idea about how to tackle economic homelessness in Amsterdam. After six months of hard work, we’ve come up with very promising solutions, which need to be heard.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to make Amsterdam more accessible, liveable and humane. We do this by improving the situation for economic homeless on the long term.
LIVING LAB METHOD
In this project, we worked together with a team of involved actors. Together we searched for a housing solution for the economic homeless. Among these actors were De Regenboog Groep, (former) economic homeless people, De Wetenschapswinkel of Wageningen University and the municipality of Amsterdam. Our research was done through the Living Lab method, which meant a lot of discussing, thinking and brainstorming in order to find a way to help our fellow Amsterdammers.
