Circular implementations will not work if they are mishandled by the end-users. Informing your employees with trainings is the key to succes.  Staff needs to be informed and motivated to create a working environment in which circularity is the goal. The design of a game works very well to motivate people. When employees have the feeling that they really can contribute, they feel part of the greater goal.
